iSOUND.COM was founded in Seattle, WA in 1999 by musician & entrepreneur D.J. Burdick.

His vision was to create a great music community where fans could meet and discover more about their favorite artists.

iSOUND.COM has quickly grown into a community
with thousands of users visiting daily.

In 2002, iSOUND.COM moved to the growing music scene in Dallas, Texas.

In late 2003, the team began drawing the plans to create full-featured services for unsigned artists.

iSOUND.COM now had a new focus: to allow all unsigned artists to easily create their own websites with every feature they could possibly want.

With a new team of developers and the current iSOUND.COM staff, the unsigned artist services launched on July, 19, 2004.

The anticipation for these services exceeded their expectations with thousands of artists signing up in the 1st month!

iSOUND.COM continues to grow with your support, and strives to become the greatest music community on the internet!

At this point they have 212,954 artists and 110,632 free downloadable music files in mp3 format.
